Summer Term 2021

We have induction days planned on Tuesday 29th June and Wednesday 30th June when your son or daughter will come to Three Rivers and experience two school days with us supported by staff and Year 9 mentors. It is unclear at the moment if these induction days will be able to take place. We are committed to supporting our students at such an important transition point in their education and even more mindful of this at such a particularly challenging time for all. Full details will follow once the situation becomes clearer.

On the induction day(s), your child will be allocated to their House: Claremont (green), Hampton (blue), Richmond (red), or Windsor (yellow). They will have some taster lessons, meet members of their form group, their form tutor. Students will also participate in activities that aim to develop communication, confidence, and problem-solving skills while having fun and making new friends.

We have planned a new parents’ evening for Wednesday 30th June; however, if this cannot occur, we will provide further information and opportunities to meet key staff remotely. Again, we will send further details to you once the situation becomes clearer. Please continue to monitor our website for information, and our Facebook and Twitter feeds.

We will do everything possible to make this transition as smooth as possible, and I look forward to meeting you and your son/daughter. In the meantime, if you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact the school via our dedicated transition email, where we will direct your query to the most relevant member of staff.
