Exam Information
Exam Results Day 2026
Please be advised that only students are permitted to collect their results.
If students elect a proxy to collect on their behalf, we must have written authorisation from the student in advance, with the individual collecting, bringing a valid photo ID (passport/driver’s license).
We send results to all students’ school email accounts once the in-person collection is complete. We aim to complete this process by 12:00noon.
KS5 A Level/L3 Results day: Thursday 13th August
Results will be available in the Sixth Form Centre on the First floor from 8.00 am to 10.00 am.
Please enter the school using the main front entrance.
Staff and the Sixth Form Team will be on hand to address any UCAS queries, next steps and clearing support.
KS4 GCSE/L2 Results day: Thursday 20th August
Year 11: Results will be available in the Sports Hall from 9.00 am to 11.00 am.
Year 10: Results will be available in the Sports Hall from 10.00 am to 11.00 am.
Year 12/13 Students collecting GCSEs will be available in the Sports Hall from 10.00 am to 11.00 am.
Please enter the Sports Hall via the emergency exit at the end of the building.
After collecting results, students will need to speak briefly to a member of staff to discuss either:
- – Sixth Form enrolment (electing to join the TRA Sixth Form)
- – Next steps (if moving to education/employment elsewhere). We are obliged to record destination data for the local authorities/DFE.
Families are welcome to attend and collect the results with students.
Students interested in applying to Three Rivers Academy Sixth Form but still need to do so should contact the Head of Sixth Form, Mr A Detnon. andrew.detnon@threerivers.thpt.org.uk

Results services will only be processed once payment has been received
Results of the services will be shared with the candidates as soon as they are returned.
Please note that the standard review of marking can take several days/weeks.

Additional Language Qualifications
Please complete this form to request entry for additional language qualifications. It’s important to note that the learning for these qualifications is done independently or at home, and they are supplementary to the school curriculum. They cannot replace any subjects being studied as part of the curriculum. Additionally, if we were to revert to teacher-assessed grades, the school would be unable to support a grade for these qualifications. There will be a fee for entry, and candidates are responsible for sourcing a qualified speaking examiner. If you are unable to source a qualified speaking examiner, the school will attempt to find one at an additional cost to the student.
All requests must be submitted by Friday, January 29th, 2027.
