Year 10 student picked for Surrey Rugby's U15

Isabella Janssens (Year 10) has had a fantastic rugby season on and off the pitch. She again successfully trialled for Surrey Rugby U15's girls squad and has played in three county matches as inside centre against Sussex, Berkshire and Hertfordshire where Surrey won all of their matches 36-10, 56-12, 19-5 respectively. To cap this off, Isabella has picked up Surrey Rugby's U15 girls player of the season award.

Next season, Isabella moves up to play U18 rugby and to cap off an already great season, she has been nominated from county to trial for a place at one of England Rugby's U18 Centre's of Excellence which is the next step for her on the Women's Performance Pathway. If successful, she will enter a 3 year programme of training to develop individual players with potential to enter England Rugby U18 Talent Development Groups for either 15's or 7's.
